Inspections are billed on an hourly rate for each completed inspection per the fee schedule.
This includes on site inspection, observation and reporting time.
Travel time is billed on a lesser hourly rate plus the IRS vehicle mileage rate, since we cover all of Kauai Island.
Invoicing will be sent electronically through convenient billing software and can easily be paid using major credit cards or low fee ACH Bank Transfers.
