We provide construction field observation as an impartial and independent third party, to help verify conformance with approved construction documents.
The Special Inspector observes the work in progress and reports his observations and field testing to the Owner, the Design Professional of Record, and other interested parties. These reports are reviewed along with the Building Department Inspections by the Jurisdictional Authority, to confirm that the work complies with the approved construction documents.
